Gas washing bottle

A gas washing bottle is a laboratory apparatus used to purify or scrub gases. It consists of a glass bottle with two openings, one for gas inlet and the other for gas outlet. The gas enters through a tube and passes through a liquid, typically water or a suitable solvent, which removes impurities or reactants. The purified gas exits through the outlet tube.
