Magnetic Stirrer and retriever

A magnetic stirrer bar, also known as a stir bar or magnetic flea, is a small magnetic object used in conjunction with a magnetic stirrer for stirring and mixing liquids in laboratories. It is typically made of a magnetic material, such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated magnetic material or rare-earth magnets.

The magnetic stirrer bar is placed inside the liquid-containing vessel, such as a beaker or flask, along with the liquid to be stirred. When the magnetic stirrer is activated, the rotating magnetic field generated by the stirrer causes the magnetic stir bar to spin, creating a swirling motion that facilitates mixing and dispersion of substances within the liquid.

磁力攪拌棒又稱攪拌棒或磁跳蚤，是一種與磁力攪拌器配合使用的小型磁性物體，用於在實驗室中攪拌和混合液體。它通常由磁性材料制成，如塗有聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）的磁性材料或稀土磁鐵。

磁力攪拌棒與要攪拌的液體一起放置在燒杯或燒瓶等含液容器內。啟動磁力攪拌器時，攪拌器產生的旋轉磁場會使磁力攪拌棒旋轉，從而產生漩渦運動，促進液體中物質的混合和分散。
